Kavita Govindjee is the founder and director of Khulbha, a company specialising in leadership development since 2018. She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach and partners with leaders to activate their innate potential. Kavita provides executive coaching and bespoke facilitation to corporations and entrepreneurs. She adopts an integral approach to coaching, employing diverse tools, including the Enneagram, to optimise the coaching process and expedite personal and professional development. She serves as an Executive Officer of ICF SA.

StephREDD is a connoisseur Self-ReEnigneering and Communications Coach who helps people to optimise their genius for self and social impact. She is a trained Linguist, a certified Life Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practitioner with two decades of bilingual working experience spanning across anglophone and francophone Africa. StephREDD is the convener of the annual Resilience Summit tagged Unveil, Review, Redefine, Relaunch(UR3).

Coach AK is a Leadership & Executive Coach that partners with his clients to shift perspective, discover new solutions and take action. He has over 30 years experience an MBA and an ICF PCC, expert recruiter, certified Mental Health Counsellor. He works with various clients who are dealing with depression, suicide ideation anger and relationship issues. His mission is to create a world with fulfilled people, strong teams and capable organisations.
