Technology has brought multiple benefits to the coaching field and has a promising future in enhancing coaching practices. Overall, technology holds great potential to improve coaching practices, making them more accessible, personalized, and effective.

This is the first of a series in GCTL COP focused on Technology in Coaching where we intend to co-create ways of leveraging technological tools that coaches can use effectively in their services and empower clients to achieve their goals more efficiently.
