She has worked closely with senior leaders and executive board members across a wide variety of organisations to design and implement mentoring and coaching programmes, talent management and lead flagship leadership programmes. Nicki is a leading voice in the field of Maternity Mentoring and is the co-author of Mentoring New Parents at Work – a practical guide for businesses and organisations (published by Routledge 2017).
