Mid-Day Mindfulness Practice with Virginia Lujan
This is a session first, to connect with the present moment to promote a calm space in our day and feel how our brain will be able to reset in a more conscious way. Second, We take a trip to our body, like a “body scan”, to train our attention step by step, and recognize all our amazing bodies and be grateful for it. This is one of the most relaxing practices of mindfulness.
