Originally a chemist focused on life-saving therapeutics, Kai shifted his focus to the human side of organizations, exploring how systems impact growth and possibilities. Danielle Marshall, an ICF-certified Executive Coach (ACC) and Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) is the visionary founder of Culture Principles. She integrates cultural competence with strategic organizational change, leading the development and implementation of Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) plans to establish accountable systems. Grounded in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Danielle uses a racial equity lens to drive systemic change through comprehensive assessments, workshops, and policy updates.
