2024 Virtual Conference – Disruption in Coaching: Breaking Open and Breaking Through

Disruption is NOT a four-letter word.

Disruption, defined as a break or interruption in the normal course of activity, can come from within or from external forces.

Our natural tendency is to retreat to familiar methods and pursue normalcy when faced with disruption. However, staying in our comfort zones, accepting the status quo, and embracing our limiting beliefs lead to stagnation.

How can we view disruption as an opportunity for growth—for coaches, clients, leaders, organizations, and humans alike? How can we, as coaches, harness the power of disruption to break open our thought patterns and inspire transformative change for our clients and ourselves?
