Nadiah Tan Abdullah

Nadiah is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of experience in talent development and organizational transformation. She became Chief Human Capital Officer at Malaysia Airports in April 2024. Previously, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at SP Setia Berhad and held leadership roles at Microsoft, AirAsia, and Experian. Her expertise includes HR strategy, cultural transformation, and leading change initiatives. Passionate about people growth, Nadiah focuses on coaching and leadership development while embracing continuous learning. She holds a BA in International Relations (UK).

Greg Harbidge

Greg is a leadership development expert with over 20 years of global experience in consultancy, facilitation, and coaching. He has worked across diverse sectors, including health, technology, finance, and high-performance sports, helping organizations develop future-focused leaders. Greg integrates leadership development with Human-Centered Design principles like CX and Design Thinking to drive innovation and customer-centric strategies. He partners with Boards, Executives, and high-potential leaders to enhance leadership impact and break down silos.

Zahrah Zaid

Zahrah is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience across Asia Pacific and global markets. She has led strategic people agendas at Danone Group, Malaysia Airlines, Malaysian Tobacco Company, and Sime Darby Berhad. Passionate about people growth, she has driven transformation and business performance. At Danone, she led HR transformation across key markets, while at Malaysia Airlines, she spearheaded cultural change for 20,000+ employees. Zahrah holds an MBA and BSc from the University of Bridgeport and is a certified transformative coach and EI practitioner.
