To celebrate International Coaching Week, I welcome you to a 2-hour session of group mentor coaching at the MCC level. Although this program is open to all coaches, (with an emphasis on those with the PCC credential who seek, between now and the distant future, the MCC credential) the focus will remain on MCC-level coaching—incorporating the 2022 MCC BARS, Minimum Skills Requirements, and PCC Markers as part of the learning. Each session is limited to 10 participants in accordance with ICF regulations. The experience qualifies for credential renewal or initial application and provides opportunities to practice, learn from peers, analyze recordings, and enjoy a supportive, laughter-filled environment.
