Group Coaching HQ Certification Program Fall ’25 Mondays
The Group Coaching HQ Certification Program is an interactive class that requires your full participation in each session.
12x 2-hour sessions (2.30-4.30pm ET)
12x 0.5 hour of asynchronous learning
3x 1 hour mastermind (Choose which ones you attend, meet alumni)
3x 45 minute Q&A sessions (Choose which ones you attend, meet alumni)
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
* Develop and practice the skills to move from 1:1 to group coaching
* Build a vast toolkit to engage and surprise your group members
* Gain a clear understanding of how the ICF Core Competencies are applied in group coaching
* Acquire solid group coaching experience to apply for contract group coaching work or develop your own groups
