Over 17 years’ experience in HR within national and international investment banking. HR Business Partner for a group of over 70 companies in the United Arab Emirates (2014–20). Master in HR Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; Bachelor’s in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Lisbon; and certified trainer by IEFP. SHRMSCP; certified in SHL Personality & Ability Assessment (CEB Global). CoActive Professional Certified Coach (Coach Training Institute); ICF PCC Coach. ICF Portugal Chapter: President (2024–25), VP Marketing (2024) and VP Operations (2022–23).
