Lerae Gidyk, MCC

Lerae Gidyk, MCC, is a pioneer in the coaching industry and Director of Certification at Coaching Out of the Box®. A Master Certified Coach since 2006, she has been active in coach education and coaching in personal, leadership, and mentor coaching since 1999.
Known for her powerful intuition and ability to challenge perspectives, Lerae helps individuals and organizations unlock their full potential, fostering deeper commitment and engagement. She is the founder of Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. and co-founder of MCC2 International.

Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC

Carolyn is a PCC, CEC, and Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (Levels 1 & 2) based in Kingston, Ontario. She owns Morningstar Centre for Engagement, focusing on leadership and coach development.
A Licensed Trainer of the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ since 2009 and Mentor Coach with Coaching Out of the Box® since 2018, she also co-leads three ICF CCE-approved programs. Recognized as an ICF Thought Leader since 2017, Carolyn was honored in the 2024 ICF Coach Impact Awards and serves on the ICF Mentor Coaching Advisory Committee.

BAM (Become A Mentor) Coach Certificate Program

The BAM (Become a Mentor) Coach Certificate Program is developed by Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. (SDCI) and the Morningstar Centre for Engagement (MCE) in collaboration with Coaching Out of the Box® and The International Coaching Group.
This eight-week virtual program includes 1.5-hour sessions with activities between classes to deepen learning. It enhances participants’ understanding and application of ICF mentor coaching competencies, traits, and responsibilities.
Graduates who meet attendance and practicum requirements earn the Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (CAMC) Levels 1 & 2 certificate. Completion is also a prerequisite for the SDCI/MCE Master Mentor Coaching (MMC) Program.
