MASTERY IN COACHING – ICF Level 3 Training – EMEA & AUSTRALASIA Edition
The Mastery in Coaching program is designed for experienced ICF Professional Certified Coaches who are ready to make the profound shift from technical competence to authentic mastery.
This isn’t just credential preparation: it’s a transformative journey that prepares you to embody the mindset and presence of a Master Certified Coach.
Three Pillars of Mastery Integration:
– Professional Mastery: From PCC competence to MCC mastery through advanced competency development and refinement
– Personal Mastery: From doing coaching to being an MCC through deep self-awareness and presence
– Practice Mastery: From performance to impact through purposeful, value-driven coaching
Graduates may apply for the Master Certified Coach credential using the MCC application path when they meet all credentialing requirements.
Beyond technique: we integrate lenses from different coaching approaches to expand your awareness of clients, developing the depth and flow characteristic of MCC-level coaching.
Live Interactive Sessions (37+ hours):
• 15 weekly sessions of 2.5 hours each for continuous, in-depth learning
• Deep exploration of each of the eight ICF Core Competencies at MCC level
• Integrating science-based theories and experiential practices to embody competencies
• Collaborative learning
Mentoring & Feedback (10+ hours):
• 8 group mentor coaching sessions for peer learning and shared reflection
• 3 individual mentor coaching sessions for individual feedback
Self-Directed Learning (15+ hours):
• Curated online resources featuring MCC coaches and personal growth experts sharing insights, techniques, and practices
• Video interviews with MCC coaches $ real case studies
Integrative Practice (8+ hours):
• Guided introspections and reflective practice
• Individual and group activities for deepening presence
• Buddy engagement for peer support and accountability
• Self-paced integration of theory into authentic practice
