We create a space for honest reflection and shared learning. Because coaching means growth – and growth is rarely linear.

In the beautiful setting of Villa Lucia in Konstanz, we’ll hear courageous, real-life stories from the coaching field. Some painful, some surprising, some funny – all valuable.

Alongside our speakers, we warmly invite all participants to reflect on their own experiences – and to share them if they wish.
