This experiential 1-day training introduces the neuroscience and psychology of the Head, Heart, and Gut brains—and how to work with them, not against them. You’ll learn to identify which brain is speaking, supporting, or holding back change—and why.
You’ll leave with the tools to decode behaviour and language, restore internal alignment, and guide yourself and others with emotional, logical, and instinctual clarity.
Furthermore, you’ll also practice simple, body-based techniques to engage all three brains and experience what inner congruence really feels like.
