Coaching for AI Transformation: Mastering Emotional Intelligence to Empower Clients, Teams and Organizations
The Coaching for AI Transformation program is a 12-week, 40-hour ICF-accredited course offering 40 CCEs (24 CC, 16 RD). It equips coaches with advanced Emotional Intelligence and purpose-driven skills to guide individuals, teams, and organizations through AI-driven change. With live sessions, practical assignments, and a personal EI assessment plus development plan, participants learn to transform resistance into resilience and thrive in the future of work.
Event schedule or other information/comments
The Coaching for AI Transformation program is offered quarterly, with the next cohort beginning on Tuesday, 30 September 2025.The course runs over 12 weeks, with one 2.5-hour live session every Tuesday. Between sessions, participants will complete inter-session activities and reflective practices designed to deepen learning and ensure real-world application.
To accommodate global participants, we offer two cohort options each Tuesday (Central European Time):
Morning cohort: 9:00 – 11:30 CET
Afternoon cohort: 16:00 – 18:30 CET
This flexible schedule allows participants to choose the time that best fits their professional and personal commitments, while benefiting from a consistent weekly rhythm of learning, practice, and application.
