Asperger’s/Autism Employment Coach Certification

This is a “deep dive” that will prepare you to assist individuals on the autism spectrum to choose the right career, get hired and maintain employment. It features 8 live, weekly sessions over the Internet plus a 6-week supervised practicum. It qualifies for 12 Core Competencies and 8 Resource Development CCE credits from the International Coaching Federation.

Each meeting features case studies and group discussions that highlight various autism spectrum profiles. The instructor shares proven tools and techniques to address communication, executive function and sensory processing challenges. There are also weekly assignments with personalized instructor feedback.
