This session explores how power and privilege operate within coaching relationships, drawing from Kimberlé Crenshaw’s intersectionality framework to highlight how identities shape lived experience in complex and shifting ways.
Together, we will reflect on how our own social positions, whether visible or not, can influence trust, communication, and safety in the coaching dynamic.
This session is designed to spark self-reflection and support coaches through the lens of equity, cultural humility, and identity awareness.
