The Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being executive certificate program will equip you to make positive change in your team and organizational culture. The LCOWB certificate is an ICF accredited Level 2 coaching education program where participants prepare to become either an ACC or PCC credentialed coach. This experiential program has a research-based curriculum that aligns with the ICF requirements and coaching competencies while emphasizing strengths-based approaches and methodologies. Our transformative practices deepen self-awareness, develop coaching presence, and facilitate organizational well-being. This foundational program will prepare individuals to grow their knowledge in the field of coaching. Apply by Saturday, January 10, 2026 for our next cohort. Classes meet Wednesday through Friday once per month between February 18 and June 12, 2026. The course is a fully virtual format with live instruction on-line. To learn more about this program and the full schedule, please visit our website.
