This series of supervision-based sessions will provide team coaches with a reflective space to explore the real-world challenges and opportunities of working with teams across the Beginning, Middle, and End phases of an engagement. In partnership with the Global Institute for Team Coaching Supervision, participants will deepen their practice by examining stakeholder engagement, use of self, and strategies for closure, all grounded in ICF Team Coaching Competencies. Through group supervision, participants will enhance their systemic awareness, strengthen ethical practice, and integrate reflective insights into their coaching approach.

Objectives:
– Strengthen reflective practice in alignment with ICF Team Coaching Competencies.
– Enhance capability to assess team readiness and build stakeholder alignment.
– Develop greater self-awareness and skilful use of self in the team coaching process.
