Working Group – Creating Psychological Safety & Rapport with Neurodivergent Clients

Neurodivergent coachees need a different approach in establishing psychological safety and rapport. On the spectrum from High Sensitivity (HSP) via ADHD to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) including Asperger-Syndrome, this working group facilitates an interactive exchange between experienced coaches around the topic in a small group – prior knowledge on neurodiversity welcome, but not necessary, just bring yourself. It features coaches’ cases, highlighting situational indicators, helpful/hindering coach mindset and behaviour, powerful questions, and coaching tools that are likely to work better or might be avoided with neurodivergent clients. In this working group we benefit from each other. It involves case discussions, group exchange as well as virtual breakout sessions, best practice collections and tips & tricks.
