If you’re seeking a solid foundation in career coaching—and clarity on whether your current approach aligns with best practices—this cohort offers the support, structure, and community to help you overcome Impostor Syndrome and confidently elevate your coaching skills.

CAREER COACH TRAINING is thoughtfully designed to complement any existing ICF-approved coach education you’ve completed, enabling you to:
✔️ Clearly distinguish between coaching, consulting, and ICF-aligned career coaching
✔️ Deepen your understanding of what sets career coaching apart and refine your approach
✔️ Confidently identify and validate your unique coaching style and services, especially in today’s challenging job market

Event Schedule:
Career Coach Training is offered twice per year as a 10-week online cohort experience.
■ Spring 2026: March 10 – May 19, 2026
■ Summer 2026: June 9 – August 18, 2026

Each cohort includes:
■ Weekly 90-minute live group sessions on Zoom
■ 7.5 hours of peer coaching practice
■ 5.5 hours of asynchronous learning through the Sacred Time online platform

All sessions are facilitated by Tiffany Dedeaux, MCC, Founder of Sacred Time.
