This virtual program enables you to review and refine your relationship with the art of coaching presence, process, and partnership by going back to basics in relation to coaching skills.
Wherever it is you now stand; with curiosity and self compassion you are invited to :
– Re-visit and refresh your knowledge and understanding of what it means
to stay in the role of coach in a conversation.
– Renew your trust in the coaching process and your self belief in the value
of your role.
– Release what dilutes your ability to be at ease with your unique coaching
style.
– Develop simple effective ways of applying familiar techniques in unfamiliar
ways that feel tangible and congruent for you in your coaching practice.

- one to one mentor coaching with your tutor.
Completion of this program meets the full requirement for all ICF credential renewals.
40 CCEUs can be used as 30 hours coach specific training and 10 hours group mentor coaching.
It is a small intimate learning environment, with ten places available per cohort.
This program is suitable for any coach practitioner who has already completed foundational coach training.
