Collective Shift Group Coaching Methodology (Modules 1-3)
Collective Shift Group Coaching Methodology program is designed to support coaching professionals in mastering group coaching dynamics and building a scalable group coaching practice. The program addresses both ICF and EMCC Core Competencies, incorporates their Codes of Ethics, and focuses on advanced development areas by integrating theory, experiential learning, direct coaching practice, mentoring, supervision, and business development components.
The structure of the program includes:
– 8 modules of two full days live online sessions
– Online exam with individual evaluation and integration mentoring
– 6 post-program group supervision sessions, led by an EMCC-accredited Coach Supervisor
– Practice-based learning through leading real-time group coaching sessions
– Feedback and mentoring aligned with ICF and EMCC Core Competencies
– Training for professional tools
– Development of student’s own business model for delivering and monetizing group coaching interventions/ programs.
