Part II: Becoming a Culturally Attuned Coach: Tools for Communicating, Context-Building & Cognition

Coaching is shaped by the way we perceive others and perception is deeply influenced by culture. This interactive two‑part workshop invites coaches to explore how cultural values, beliefs, and assumptions affect communication and client relationships. In Part II, participants will build on the foundations of Part I by examining the Cultural Conditioning model, exploring workplace values and group communication styles, and practicing active listening and powerful questioning in intercultural contexts. Through engaging exercises and reflection, coaches will gain practical tools to deepen their awareness of cultural conditioning and strengthen their ability to adapt and communicate effectively across differences.

*Note: Each session is designed as a stand‑alone experience. Attendance at both is not required, and CCE credits will be awarded individually for each session.
