Group Coaching HQ Certification Program – Spring ’26

HOW IT WORKS:
An interactive class that requires your full participation in each session. Please only apply if you are prepared to show up powerfully for yourself and others. We only invite 8-18 coaches to join.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSIONS:
Each session is divided into 2 sections: coaching and theory.

COACHING:
* 5x Demo sessions by experienced group coaches followed by a debrief (you will observe AND participate)
* One coaching session per participant – You will coach and receive immediate feedback

* Overview of the group’s journey
* Co-Creating norms and goals
* Peer coaching
* Structuring programs and sessions
* Using assessments
* Messaging (internal coaches) / Marketing (external coaches)
* Psychological safety
* Impactful group dynamics
* Developing your toolbox
