From Cultural Friction to Team Flow: Coaching International Teams to Thrive
Join us for the ICF Local Rotterdam event, where we will explore how team coaching can support effective communication, collaboration, and performance in international teams.
Working across cultures brings enormous potential — and real challenges. Differences in communication styles, values, expectations, and ways of working can easily lead to misunderstanding, frustration, or judgement. In this interactive session, we will shift the focus from “managing differences” to embracing them as a source of learning, creativity, and team strength.
Event schedule or other information/comments
As we are celebrating intercultural differences, we would like to invite you to bring food or drink from your country of origin. It can be something sweet or salty—just a small dish or beverage (cake, appetizer, local specialty drink…) that represents your country and that you would enjoy sharing with others. The dish does not need to be homemade—any small sweet or savoury dish from your culture is welcome. We will have different tables representing different countries, and this will help create a warm start to the event. Maximum participants: 30
