From Foundation to Flourishing ICF Ethics

Foundation to Flourishing: ICF Ethics is a practical session that equips coaches to confidently apply the ICF Code of Ethics in everyday coaching. Participants will learn to strengthen their ethical judgment, professional credibility and protect their clients and practice while building a coaching practice that is both compliant and flourishing.

Learning Objectives:
Understand the broad applicability of the Code across the entire ICF Ecosystem.
Understand the shift to a proactive, “doing good” ethical philosophy.
Understand specific ethical standards for technology, dual roles, and bias
