Key Polarity Indicator Certification
Key Polarity Indicator Certification is an immersive four-day virtual program for Leadership Coaches, Organizational Development Consultants, and Talent Development & Human Resources Professionals. You’ll be licensed to administer four KPI instruments as well as the Polarity Navigator tool—powerful sensemaking tools to help you and others navigate polarity and expand the capacity for Both/And. Earn 18 Core Competency and 20 Resource Development CEUs, and become eligible to advance into taking the KPI into groups and teams with KPI Exploration.
