Coaching to the Core: Session 1 – Demonstrates Ethical Practice

ICF Philadelphia is thrilled to offer Coaching to the Core: A Training Series on the ICF Competencies as part of our 2026 Community of Practice series. Lisa Pachence – MCC, Owner of LP Coaching, Mentor Coach, Coach-Trainer, and Speaker – will lead an engaging 8-part series that takes a deep dive into the ICF core competencies, unwraps the PCC Markers (for competencies 3-8), and helps coaches deepen their client impact using the competency framework. These virtual meetings include 15 minutes of networking with attendees and 1 hour of active application of the ICF Core Competencies.

This Core Competency series is designed to Engage, Enlighten, and Elevate your relationship with the core competencies and, consequently, your coaching practice. Expect to:

ENGAGE with the core competencies, with your colleagues, and with common client challenges to deepen the agility of your coaching.
ENLIGHTEN yourself with the intention behind each competency and PCC Marker, seeing how the art of coachin
