Anela Barboza Seliskar (she/they/ʻoia) is a PCC Coach, Mentor Coach, Instructor, and Somatic Practitioner certified through ICF and the Strozzi Institute for Somatics. Since 2018, she has guided individuals through personal and professional transformation using Somatics—an integrative approach that honors the connection between body and mind.As a mentor coach since 2022, Anela supports aspiring and practicing coaches in their journey toward certification and provides ongoing supervision for professional development.
Beyond her coaching practice, Anela is a parent to two young adults and three large dogs. She is also a devoted sister, aunty, community member, lifelong student of Hawaiian culture, and novice waterman.
