Coaching Across Cultures: Turning Diversity into a Catalyst for Growth
In today’s interconnected world, every coaching conversation crosses cultural boundaries. This interactive workshop will show you how to harness the power of cultural diversity to release creativity, deepen connection, and elevate your coaching impact. You’ll also experience the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF), a powerful model and assessment tool that provides a common language for navigating cultural differences. The COF assessment can be applied at multiple interconnected levels: individual development, team development, organizational development, and societal progress.

Participants will be asked to complete a complimentary COF (Cultural Orientations Framework) Assessment prior to the session. Directions to follow.
You Will Learn to:
Unlock creativity and promote unity by leveraging diverse cultural orientations.
Move beyond current cultural norms, values, and beliefs to expand awareness and empathy.
Develop a shared vocabulary to describe and bridge key cultural characteristics.
Experience and apply the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) to enhance individual, team, and organizational development.
