She helps individuals and teams accelerate growth in leadership, stress management, business development, and team performance, drawing on her experience at top law firms, entertainment companies, and Big Four firms. Carrie holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a graduate certificate in evidence-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
