This 3-day, 6-hour course is designed for ACC and PCC coaches who want to move beyond technique and strengthen the depth, presence, and effectiveness of their coaching conversations in direct alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

Reflective Inquiry is both a mindset and a practice. In this course, coaches explore how reflection, curiosity, and intentional inquiry work together to help clients slow down, make meaning, and access deeper self-awareness. Participants learn how to listen for patterns, values, emotions, and assumptions beneath a client’s words, and how to reflect those insights back in ways that invite clarity, ownership, and forward movement. The course focuses on how reflective listening, paraphrasing, and mirroring can be used skillfully to evoke awareness without leading, fixing, or advising.
