Thinking with AI: Why collaboration, not command unlocks human performance

This session invites professional coaches to move beyond using AI and into thinking with it; without compromising presence, ethics, or professional judgment.

As AI becomes part of coaching preparation, reflection, and practice management, the question is not whether coaches should engage with AI, but how. We explore where AI genuinely enhances coaching effectiveness, where it subtly undermines it, and why the Jagged Tech Edge matters when working with AI.

Rather than treating AI as an answer engine, the session reframes it as a thinking partner; one that only adds value when the human remains firmly in the driver’s seat. We examine why critical thinking and intentional framing are essential when working with AI.

Participants are introduced to RAT-FEET™, a practical Context Engineering framework that helps coaches structure AI interactions with clarity and responsibility. Coaches leave with approaches they can apply immediately while staying anchored in the values of the profession.
