RELATIONAL GROUP COACHING FOUNDATIONS – Coaching Groups as Living Systems

Relational Group Coaching Foundations is the entry point to a deeper pathway in relational group coaching — a Level 1 training for experienced coaches ready to expand their systemic impact. You won’t just study group coaching; you’ll practice it in real time, working directly with live dynamics, tension, and emergence. The program integrates ICF Core Competencies in multi-voice environments, emphasizing ethics, psychological safety, and relational presence.

The program includes 8 hours of live training and 2 hours of structured asynchronous learning to deepen integration and application. You’ll build the capacity to facilitate trust, collective insight, and system-level shifts — leaving with practical tools, stronger relational presence, and a grounded understanding of the group as a living system.

Coaching at the next level: relational, systemic, dynamic, and deeply human.

The program is delivered in one live training day (8 hours) supported by 2 hours of structured asynchronous learning completed before and/or after the live session. The training is highly experiential and interactive; full participation is required to receive CCE credit (8 CC / 2 RD). Participants will receive pre-work instructions, reflection prompts, and post-session integration materials upon registration.
