Life and Leadership Coaching – Coacharya Level 1: Associate Coaching Certification Program
This ICF Level 1 accredited program is a comprehensive, practice-based learning experience that blends personal growth with professional skills. Through weekly three-hour live sessions, supported by rich asynchronous content, participants explore how coaching strengthens both inner and outer leadership. The curriculum integrates mindset, emotional intelligence, and embodied awareness, focusing on how the nervous system, beliefs, and presence influence how we listen, respond, and support others. Live coaching demos, rich discussions, supervised practice sessions, group/individual mentoring, and reflective personal development prepare participants to bring curiosity, compassion, and leadership presence into every coaching or leadership conversation.
By the end of the program, participants will:
- Develop greater self-awareness of mindset, emotions, and nervous system responses.
- Listen and hold space with presence, curiosity, and empathy.
- Facilitate conversations that lead to reflection, insight, and purposeful action.
- Integrate coaching principles into their approach to life and leadership.
- Receive ongoing mentor feedback leading up to a successful performance evaluation.
- Prepare for the ICF ACC credentialing exam
