Coaching with Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) was developed as a therapeutic model and has recently been adapted for coaching. This is a “parts work” model, meaning that it assumes we relate to ourselves as subpersonalities, or parts. Coaching with IFS is a very effective way of dissecting the problem into smaller pieces that are more easily managed.
This webinar is an introduction to using IFS in coaching. Participants will walk away understanding the benefits of this model, and having a sense of how to apply it in with coaching clients. This training will include a live coaching demo with a volunteer client from the participants, and a practice session to experience IFS parts work.
