Brian Arao

(he/him/his), President of Brave Space Leadership, is a seasoned diversity and equity strategist, educator, and coach. With over 23 years in higher education, including leadership roles at UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley, he brings a wealth of experience in advancing DEIB initiatives. Brian co-created the renowned Brave Space framework for fostering courageous dialogue. He is a Professional Certified Diversity Coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach, specializing in facilitating inclusive environments. He has a proven track record of implementing equity-focused policies and programs.

LauraLynn Jansen

She is an author and innovator specializing in humanizing leadership. She has over twenty-five years of experience as a Co-Active professional coach and leadership facilitator. She is a maven who embodies relational engagement and encompasses introspective and highly interactive delivery styles. LauraLynn’s work extends globally, from DC to Hawai’i to Europe, where she designs immersive leadership retreats seamlessly blending in-person and online formats. Her programs and leadership have enriched diverse organizations, including the US military, hospitals, & non-profit organizations.

Elias Scultori

He is a Master Certified Coach who helps leaders integrate the coaching mindset into their leadership style, fostering deeper thinking, stronger engagement, and meaningful impact for individuals, teams, and organizations. Over the past two decades, he has coached and trained leaders in more than 40 countries across six continents. Elias holds the MCC from the International Coaching Federation and the ESIA from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He is an ICF credentialing assessor, mentor coach, supervisor, & faculty member at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Ellen Wagner

Ellen Wagner is a business psychologist, coach, and facilitator who helps organizations build inclusive cultures through consulting, training, and keynotes across the U.S. and Europe. As a queer, Black, and neurodivergent professional with over 20 years of global experience, she blends lived experience with deep organizational insight to challenge assumptions and drive meaningful change. Born in Germany and fluent in four languages, her career spans six countries across corporate leadership, higher education, and entrepreneurship. She now lives in the U.S. with her wife and three children.

LaTonya Wilkins

LaTonya Wilkins is the award-winning founder and CEO of Change Coaches and author of Leading Below the Surface (top 10% of business books, featured in Fast Company, NPR, and Inc.). A LinkedIn Top Voice and adjunct MBA lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management, she helps leaders and organizations build trust, psychological safety, and real human connection — especially during change, expansion, and high-pressure environments. She is also the creator of Coaching Below the Surface (CBTS), an ICF-approved development experience for coaches and leaders ready to deepen their presence and impact.
