Coaching for Neuroinclusive Workplaces: Supporting Leaders Across Diverse Thinking Styles
As organizations grow more complex and innovation-driven, leaders are increasingly navigating teams with diverse thinking styles, often without the frameworks or tools to do so effectively. Many high-performing professionals experience burnout, communication challenges, or difficulty with execution, not because of lack of capability, but because workplace systems were not designed for how they think and work. This session introduces a neuroinclusive coaching approach that helps leaders and organizations better understand and support ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, and other cognitive styles—diagnosed or not.
Designed for coaches, HR leaders, and executives, this interactive session explores how coaching can support neurodivergent professionals while strengthening leadership effectiveness across entire organizations. Participants will learn how to recognize common patterns such as executive functioning challenges, communication gaps, and burnout, and learn neuroinclusive coaching strategies.
