Program Components:
Attend 5 interactive masterful masterclasses
Attend 4 MCC coaching demonstration, debrief and skills practice sessions
Engage in 4 online self paced learning modules
Engage in reflective practice
Receive 2 hours individual mentoring with Emer
Becoming Masterful is suitable for any coach who has already completed a foundational coach training program and wishes to continue developing their mind and skill set.
There are 40 ICF CCE units available for this program.
This can be used as 40 hours coach specific training or 30 hours coach specific training and 10 hours mentor coaching.
You also receive free access to a self paced ICF Credentialing Exam Preparation Program.
Completion of this program meets the full CCEU requirement for any ICF credential renewal application.
The timeframe for this program is twelve weeks.
The individual mentor coaching can be arranged at a time that suits you within 18 months of completing the program.
