Ghana Chapter of ICF

At ICF Ghana, we are dedicated to our members, the coaching profession, and the clients that use our services. Our mission is to generate meaningful connections by providing a high quality of various professional development options in workshops, webinars, and events. We also aim to provide coaching opportunities to individuals who might otherwise be unable to reap its benefits. We aspire to provide opportunities for personal and professional development, to foster a vibrant, involved community, and to contribute to the advancement of the profession as a whole.

Hervé Tamo

Hervé Tamo is a bilingual certified professional coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. With 18 years of experience in Education and Human Resources Management, particularly in Strategic Talent Management, he has developed expertise in pedagogy, andragogy, recruitment, talent development, and career and leadership coaching. He is currently in charge of the Francophone membership portfolio for the Ghana Chapter of ICF.

Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah

Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah, affectionately known as Coach Scofray, is a purposeful, passionate, and compassionate transformational executive coach. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Certified Professional Corporate Trainer, a Professional Certified mBIT Master Coach, and a Professional Certified mBIT Trainer.

He serves as the President of the ICF Ghana Chapter, a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management, UK, and the lead consultant for Zoweh Global Consult, with nearly two decades of combined experience and over 3500 coaching hours
