Demo: Coaching with Systemic Constellations
Coaching with a systemic lens will deepen all aspects of your coaching practice. Constellations are a tool used to bring awareness to the unconscious dynamics that are shaping an experience or situation. Once illuminated, we are able to better understand any situation with more clarity; to tap into deep resources; and to unhook from limiting patterns (including unconscious loyalties, entanglements and intergenerational patterns). This work taps into the broader and more holistic intelligence operating within all living systems and strengthens one’s individual agency by aligning more fully with the flow of life in any context.
Event schedule or other information/comments
In this 1.5 hour session Kim will:• Share a few foundational pointers regarding what it means to work with a systemic lens, and
• Offer a coaching demonstration coaching session using constellation methods and other systemic approaches. (A coachee will be selected from the group and there will be some “behind the scenes” sharing as the session unfolds)
• Facilitate a Q&A debrief after the session, as time allows.
