From the perspective of the Collective Shift Methodology, group coaching is a collective intervention led by a professional coach, managing a complex system of parallel processes structured around both group and individual needs. The intention of a group coaching session is to generate collective wisdom and collective leadership. Using the methodology’s mindset, tools, roles, and structure, you hold space for participants to progress through a maturity process, ultimately embodying a conscious and productive leadership identity.
