ICW Athens 2026 | Polarities in Coaching – Digital #1
As part of International Coaching Week 2026, the Greece Chapter of ICF presents a series of digital sessions under the theme “Polarities in Coaching.”
In our daily lives and professional roles, we often experience tensions between seemingly opposite forces. Polarities invite us to move beyond “either/or” thinking and embrace a more integrative “both/and” approach.
• Tradition ↔ Innovation
• Guidance ↔ Empowerment
• Work ↔ Home
• Thinking ↔ Feeling
• Action ↔ Reflection
• Athens ↔ Thessaloniki
Through these diverse perspectives, we explore how polarities show up in coaching, leadership, and everyday life.
The event will feature a series of short, engaging talks by experienced coaches, offering practical insights and reflections.
In addition, Theodora Fitszsimmons, MCC, Ethics & Standards Committee Director of the Greece Chapter of ICF, will share insights on Ethics in Coaching, highlighting their role within the coaching practice.
