Coaching as a System

This workshop explores how coaching can move beyond individual conversations to become a powerful, integrated system across the university. We will look at how coaching supports student development, empowers faculty and staff, and strengthens collaboration across units such as career services, student support, and academic programs. Participants will gain insight into how a unified coaching approach—aligned with international standards—can build a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous learning. By the end of the session, you will better understand how coaching contributes to a connected, high-impact university experience for all.
