Four habits MCC coaches practice outside of sessions

For a coach, simply conducting good coaching sessions is not enough to truly exist as a coach.
If one does not know what must be done outside of sessions, it becomes difficult not only to deliver good coaching sessions but also to live as a coach.
To live as a coach, there are at least four things that must be practiced habitually outside of sessions.
