In this session for ICF Coaching Week 2026, Annmarie will explain how values clarification is a helpful strategy for leaders to reconnect with their values and purpose. Participants will engage in a guided reflective exercise to begin clarifying what’s important and will leave the session with a draft personal mission statement to help them can make strategic choices at work and in their careers.
