She has been coaching for over 18 years and facilitating for over 25 years and has developed her own Holistic MIND-BODY-SOUL-ENERGY-SPIRITUAL Model called “Conscious Transformation® Coaching” which uses Neuroscience as a basis to support sustainable change in human behaviour. She is an impactful Leadership Coach especially with clients needing to develop Emotional Resilience and to manage Power Dynamics.
