AI in Team Coaching: Case Study
This session features coach and change specialist Ro Gorell exploring the emerging relationship between artificial intelligence and coaching practice through the lens of real-world experimentation. Drawing on her experience building two AI coaching tools — Sol and Ro AI — Ro examines the ethical, relational, and practical tensions that arise when attempting to translate aspects of coaching into AI-supported interactions.
The session invites participants to reflect on what coaching presence, listening, awareness, and relational depth truly mean when viewed through the constraints and possibilities of technology. Rather than positioning AI as either threat or solution, the session creates space for practitioners to critically examine their own assumptions, boundaries, and evolving professional identity in a rapidly changing landscape.
Designed as an interactive and reflective experience, the session supports coaches in developing greater clarity around how they wish to engage with AI.
