The AI-Ready Coach: Prompts, Practice & Presence is a 90-minute virtual workshop designed for ICF-credentialed coaches who want to explore — honestly and without pressure — what artificial intelligence means for their coaching practice.

This session starts where coaches actually are: navigating real uncertainty, real curiosity, and real concern about whether AI belongs in work as relational and values-driven as coaching. Rather than a technology tutorial, this is a facilitated experience built around the conversations coaches aren’t having enough — about what they fear, what intrigues them, and what they need in order to feel confident and ethical using AI as a professional tool.

The session includes a brief anchor talk establishing AI as a thinking partner (not a replacement) for the coach, a live demonstration of an ethical AI use case, a 20-minute small-group conversational breakout where coaches connect and share honestly with peers, and a full-group debrief anchored by …
